The Order of the Poor Knights of Christ & the Temple of Solomon…. aka…. The Knights Templar; formed in 1128 by the nine founding members, who spent the following nine years excavating under the Temple of Solomon, or as it then was; the rebuilt Herodian Temple. Their search was for relics and manuscripts which contained the essence of the secret traditions of Judaism & before. Hugh De Payen was the leading founding member, it was thought all were of the “Rex Deux” families.. of the bloodline of Christ. In 1066 another Rex Deux family member, William, duke of Normandy invaded England winning the battle at Hastings, East Sussex.
