Where is the love?
I don’t see it shine
All so lost in personal fantasy
Love got lost – don’t you see
We’re not thinking of another
Solely interested in ourselves
Pleasing our wants and our ways
So sad is our day
With no love here at play
All we do is take, take, take
Not one thought for another’s sake
Selfish indulgence our big mistake
Not open to the others state
Just lost in the me & the I
No given thought until we die
Can’t we see the love?
Will we let it fade and die
Its there to lift us up so high
To the highest height
Selfishness left behind
Love left to shine
Do you not understand?
